5 stars for their customer service personnel - Jonathan! Nimble and receptive to my request. He was able to accede to my request for urgent order, and sent me a picture of my customised luggage when done. Very swift remedy when I pointed out certain flaws on the customised print, in time for my self-collection. I'm glad that they can also accommodate my request to add name initials, in addition to the 'Quote' luggage. The free lifetime warranty which covers handle, locks & wheels - is a bonus for me! Kudos also to their packaging. Thanks Jonathan, for making this purchase a fuss-free and pleasant one for me! What's left to see is when the rubber meets the road! ~ Joyce S

I rarely wr ite reviews, but I had to make time for this one! I received the check-in luggage right at my door step today and I’m genuinely impressed , it’s super lightweight, which made packing for both my holiday and business trip so much easier. The design is aesthetically sleek and modern, on par with high-end brands, but at just a fraction of the price. It’s hard to find something that looks this good and performs this well at such great value. Super love how light weight and how easy to manoeuvre the luggage with just 1 hand ! Got to know about FLYCO through my good friend and yes they customize to what my son likings and give super tip top service and after sale service ! Very fast response, on time as promise to deliver it to me ! The customer service provided by Flyco is unexpectedly fast and efficient. Is rare nowadays to receive such great after purchase service. I made a mistake of double ordering and also didn't put in the customization, however, when i reached out via WhatsApp, Jonanthan azsisted me efficiently, cater to my requests even tho is my oversight. Brilliant. Im normally a Samsonite person but decided to purchase thid bag brand for the first time. Samsonite 10 out if 10 this purchase 20 out of 10. Ordered this luggage from Flyco about 6 months ago and took it with us on 3 trips so far. The luggage is of good quality and we especially like the wheels that roll smoothly even on uneven grounds. I requested for a custom design which they accommodated to. The goods came wrapped with bubble cushions. A few tiny dents were found, seller was responsive and compensated with me with a luggage protector. Good service. Will be using this for a Melbourne trip in May. Hopefully it's durable as advertised. Will update review post-trip :) ~ nekowhipie
