Clients reviews about FLYCO Singapore

Excellent customer service. The team responds promptly, and they truly stand by their lifetime warranty for the TSA lock. Mine broke while I was setting the password, and Flyco immediately sent me a replacement along with a step-by-step video showing how to install it. The lock is very easy to replace with just a screwdriver, making it a simple DIY repair. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase. The luggage is stylish, sleek, glides smoothly, and it’s reassuring to know that replacement parts are readily available and can be installed easily at home. This level of after-sales support makes the ownership experience incredibly convenient and gives me great confidence in the product. ~ Ariel K

5 stars for their customer service personnel - Jonathan! Nimble and receptive to my request. He was able to accede to my request for urgent order, and sent me a picture of my customised luggage when done. Very swift remedy when I pointed out certain flaws on the customised print, in time for my self-collection. I'm glad that they can also accommodate my request to add name initials, in addition to the 'Quote' luggage. The free lifetime warranty which covers handle, locks & wheels - is a bonus for me! Kudos also to their packaging. Thanks Jonathan, for making this purchase a fuss-free and pleasant one for me! What's left to see is when the rubber meets the road! ~ Joyce S

My customized 26-inch Pink Name Series was a great addition to my Mediterranean Cruise in January. Its size was perfectly suited for a two-week holiday, allowing for smooth navigation of Italy's cobblestone roads and convenient use on trains and public transport. The design's elegance was undeniable, and my partner's admiration led me to the purchase of the Black Name Series 26" for him as a birthday gift, set to be particularly useful during our forthcoming European cruise and for his future frequent travels. Although I have yet to receive it, the shipment is en route. ~ Hilda T

I rarely wr ite reviews, but I had to make time for this one! I received the check-in luggage right at my door step today and I’m genuinely impressed , it’s super lightweight, which made packing for both my holiday and business trip so much easier. The design is aesthetically sleek and modern, on par with high-end brands, but at just a fraction of the price. It’s hard to find something that looks this good and performs this well at such great value. Highly recommended if you’re looking for luggage that’s stylish, functional, and won’t break the bank. ~ Stone f

I requested for a custom design which they accommodated to. The goods came wrapped with bubble cushions. A few tiny dents were found, seller was responsive and compensated with me with a luggage protector. Good service. Will be using this for a Melbourne trip in May.
